3.2 Updating Information

The Member is responsible for updating any changes to their personal information (such as address, phone number, or email) in a timely manner. hi333 will not be held responsible for any transaction delays or cancellations resulting from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Transfer

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hi333 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will award a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳14,000 or more will award the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 (twenty-five) times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete bets worth ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds may only be used for gameplay; they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Using any fraudulent strategy to obtain bonuses will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

hi333's VIP program has four tiers, and each tier provides weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on gaming activity and the Member's engagement on the platform. hi333 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi333 platform:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Operating games using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing fraudulent identification documents or false information.

7.2 Financial Crimes

• Using the platform for money laundering or to clean funds obtained illegally.
• Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Using a third party's payment account.

7.3 Platform Security Violations

• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's code, software, or database.
• Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Attempting to introduce malicious software or viruses.

After an account is closed, any active bonus wagering that has not been completed will be forfeited. However, any genuine winnings where the wagering requirement has already been met will be paid out as normal.
